Consent to the processing of personal data

By joining this Agreement and leaving your data on the Site o-net.ru Association "Open net technologies", location: Moscow, Presnenskaya naberezhnaya, 12, office No. 2027, by filling in the fields of the online registration form

User:

• confirms that all the data specified by him belongs to him personally;
• confirms and acknowledges that he has carefully read in full the Consent and conditions for processing his personal data specified by him in the fields of the online registration form, the text of the Consent and the conditions for processing personal data are clear to him;
• gives consent to the processing of the provided personal data by the Association "Open net technologies" for the purpose of considering its applications/questionnaires and direct contacts with him through various means of communication;
• agrees to the terms of personal data processing without reservations and restrictions.

This User's Consent is recognized as executed in a simple written form for the processing of the following personal data: last name, first name, patronymic; phone number; postal address; E-mail address; company name; field of activity.

The User grants the Association "Open net technologies" the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection and accumulation; storage within the reporting retention periods established by regulatory documents, but not less than three years from the date of termination of use of the services by the User; clarification (update, change); use; destruction; depersonalization; transfer at the request of the court, including, to third parties, in compliance with measures that protect personal data from unauthorized access.

The specified Consent is valid indefinitely from the moment of providing the data and can be revoked by the User by submitting an application for revocation of Consent to the Association "Open net technologies". The withdrawal of Consent to the processing of personal data can be carried out by sending the User a corresponding order in simple written form to the e-mail address (E-mail) info@o-net.ru.

Association "Open net technologies" has the right to make changes to this Consent. The new version of the Consent comes into force from the moment of its publication, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Consent.
